Whippet Couriers offer a range of document and parcel delivery services to and from Europe, all of which can be customized to suit the needs of your business. Bookings can be made ad hoc or pre-arranged with the Whippet for a specific timed delivery or collection. Our Weekend cross channel dedicated delivery services are proving popular already, with a collection from any UK postcode on Friday and a guaranteed delivery by 8am, 9am, 10am or Midday on Monday to: France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria or Switzerland.
Our professional drivers will make sure your time sensitive consignment arrives in the fastest time possible. Being a professional business, we take care of all our drivers and therefore we are confident that they will remain loyal to us and our customers. Every Whippet driver is an experienced driver and courier, and all have GPS enabled vehicles. Hands free mobile and internet ready communications equipment is also installed in all our vehicles, so if you or your customer need an ETA or an update on your consignment, we can easily keep you regularly informed. Your consignments are always delivered by the same courier that collected them, we always deliver direct using a dedicated Whippet vehicle. Some of our vans are unmarked so if you need us to use your business' magnetics we are happy to do this for you with advance notice.
On completion of delivery, automatic confirmation and signed delivery note proof will be sent to your designated e-mail, followed by a telephone call from a member our friendly team letting you know that your goods have arrived safely at their destination. If the time of your delivery is out of normal office hours then you will recieve a courtesy call at a more suitable time if you prefer.
