Yes we are same day specialists and we deliver throughout the UK every day.
How quickly can Whippet Couriers collect our consignment?
We can normally have a courier to you in just 20 -30 minutes from booking and a collection time is always given at the time of booking for your peace of mind.
Do I need an account to use Whippet Couriers?
No, you can book a Whippet courier without an account. Payment can be made by non account customers on collection with a company cheque, cash, BACS electronic funds transfer or online by credit or debit card through Google Checkout.
Do Whippet Couriers offer an overnight service?
No, Whippet Couriers are a Same Day Delivery company. We are of course happy to collect consignments from you late afternoon or late evening for an early AM delivery the following day. Our normal charges apply.
Do Whippet Couriers have a collection cut off time?
No, Whippet Couriers will collect from your business or chosen address 24 hours a day. Collection and delivery times can be arranged to suit you.
Do Whippet Couriers deliver eBay items?
No, Whippet Couriers do not deliver eBay items. We do however deliver some personal items, for example, passports, keys, legal papers and other important documents which require a same day delivery.
What vehicles do Whippet Couriers use to deliver their consignments?
We use new registration Renault Kangoo ECO2 vans for smaller consignments and Long Wheel Base Renault Trafic vans for larger consignments. For dimensions and details please click here. All our vans are fitted with GPS, Internet and hands free mobiles.
How do Whippet Couriers send me a receipt or invoice?
We send out the invoice to our customers in a PDF format via e-mail. Hard copies can be sent out by first class post on request.
Do I get a proof of delivery from Whippet Couriers?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail or, if requested, a telephone call when your goods are delivered. This will include the name of the person who accepted delivery, and the time it was received. A copy of the signed delivery note will be provided with the invoice for the job.
What are Whippet Couriers opening hours?
The Whippet office is open Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. Account customers can be provided with out of hours contact numbers for Whippet’s 24/7 courier and delivery services. Non account customers can leave a message on our 24/7 answer phone service.
